6 THINGS to Improve your life, that have helped me
I have been on a health kick lately and decided to share "my" findings (many are well known, it just took me a little bit longer)
Vitamins - I never really took them so I decided it was time. I now take a woman's multi vitamin and Omega 3, 6 & 9. It's been about 2 1/2 months and I feel more alert, more active and not so tired! What took me so long?
Deep colored Fruits - Keeps the Heart Healthy & help improve Brain cells. I recommend Blueberries w/ some yogurt or Fiber cereal. Love to snack on purple grapes, Yummy!
Tea - They say green tea is REALLY healthy, but I have discovered Black tea is just as good. Hot or cold what ever your fancy, just start drinking!
Walking- I NEVER exercise, but have come to love walking in the early evening w/ my dogs. It is a great form of exercise if on a busy schedule. Dogs get a break too. Woof!
Red Meat - Oh how I love it. More than twice a week is too much (Remember it takes 24-48 to digest, yuk!)
Chicken & Fish are so much better for you. I eat Salmon about 3 times a week, Oh I can eat this every night!
