Home for the Holidays I look so forward to the fall & winter, with the changing of the leaves to the crisp air in the morning. I am one of those people that will keep her windows open all winter long, just so I can cuddle up with lots and lots of blankets. My daughter seems to think the "Snuggie" is the best creation ever! We are lucky enough to have a wood burning fireplace, and yep its burning warm & bright nightly. So I have mentioned, blankets & a fireplaces, now how about something to keep you warm & fuzzy on the "Inside" (your tummy) Hot apple cider w/ Cinnamon sticks, hot coco w/ marsh mellow & whip-cream or a hot tottie, coffee & baileys or coffee and Kahlua (my favorite) and of course don't forget the whip topping. This is my household favorite. Baked apples with butter & brown sugar topped w/ vanilla ice-cream. Cut the core out, leave the bottom of apple intact, add tbl spoon butter, sprinkle brown sugar inside apple and bake 350 for 45min. Delicious Hope I made you feel warm in my home!
