Become a Big Brother or Big Sister. Everyone seems to be going through hardship even children. So lets take a couple hours out of our hectic work week and give some guidance, support, friendship and love to the younger ones who can probably use a GR-8 BIG HUG. I know someone can always use some quality time, "one on one" you can say. The child could be an only child and has parents that might be working extra hours (we ALL know what that's like), maybe they have only one parent, maybe parents going through divorce, for whatever reason, lets be there for them and show them that we care. There are many ways we can help. You can make a day out of it, or even a couple of hours for a movie, or lunch, sports, roller skating, ANYTHING to take them away from the worries around. We all know, we want them to NOT worry about there surrounding, to just do their best, be happy and have fun! The real truth is, they feel what is going on in the world today. Lets show them that it will all get better. Please look into the Big Brothers & Big sisters for volunteer work or to become a mentor for these wonderful children. After all, THEY ARE "OUR" FUTURE!
