Insomnia - Trouble Sleeping At Night
Having trouble SLEEPING?
I personally have difficulty getting to sleep and often have trouble staying asleep.
Here are a few things that might help with insomnia.
ALWAYS try to exercise each day (walking is a great form)
NEVER drink anything with caffeine in the evening. I try to stop around 7:00pm
RELAX at least an hour before you plan on turning the lights out. (No reading or watching TV)
COOL room makes for better sleep, you will find that you will toss & turn when it is warm
DARK rooms with as little light as possible helps to relax your heart rate
SHEEP counting not for you, then just breath deep and slow until you can't take it any more
FAVORITE for me is a hot bath
