I'm Back! Today a previous customer of mine came in for another title loan. Funny, the last time I saw her, she said "Thank You" for the help, But I hope I NEVER see you again! Like I have never heard that before! When she walked into my office today, she said ok, "I'M BACK" we both started laughing and I told her I was glad to see her again and that she looked great. She was a wonderful customer in the past and I was glad she had returned. She started explaining why she had to come back, that rent was short, cutting back on hours and seemed very frustrated. I told her that she need not explain, but if she felt she had to I would listen. I told her that I was hear to help her and glad to do it! We joked around the rest of the time she was here. Recently I have been receiving calls from previous clients that are requesting my help. I am very pleased that I am able to again help them with their financial needs.
