I gave him my address and he came right over. The man was polite, smiled, but very quite. As he was filling out his application, I could sense that he wanted to maybe talk a bit. The person that I am, I made a little joke and he became less "shy". He told me about his rounds with the doctors & hospitals for the past 11 yrs. Said that he finally found a doctor he felt comfortable with and decided to get the necessary surgery. The reason for the title loan was to pay his deductible. He said the next time we see each other to make his title loan payment he will be recovering from leg surgery. When he was leaving, being the joker I am, I said a very common phrase (which after being said I wanted to crawl under my desk). I said "Break a Leg" - I thought he was going to fall over laughing....... I heard him laugh all the way to the parking lot. He said the look on my face was priceless.
